About Y.PROJECT Co., Ltd
In one word, Y. PROJECT Co., Ltd. is a company that handles all of Refractory Construction-related works. We carry out refractory construction work in a wide range of fields, including the iron-steel and non-ferrous metal industries and public facilities. We would like to introduce the characteristics and strengths of our company that we have cultivated through this experience.

Point 1
We provide a one-stop service from demolition and refractory installation to cleaning and industrial waste disposal.
When we first started, we cleaned the area around the furnace after completing the installation of refractory materials. This was our company's custom, and cleaning was something we took for granted. However, our customers were very satisfied with our service, and gave us feedback that our service was more complete than that of other companies. The company's custom is still exist today as our standard. And we began to provide one-stop total services that includes not only the dismantling and installation of refractory, but also furnace cleaning and waste disposal. Currently, our daily operations focus on four core businesses: Refractory Construction, Waste Disposal, Cleaning and Human Resources. One-stop total service takes time and cost to us, but if we cannot provide one-stop service, it will impose a heavy burden on our customers. Our customers have arranged for the followings until now, Refractory construction drawings, Refractory procurement, Waste analysis, Waste manifests, Refractory dismantling and installation, Furnace shell production, Furnace shell repair, Furnace shell blasting, Furnace shell painting, Furnace inside cleaning, Cleaning around the furnace, Procurement of furnace peripheral equipments and Waste disposal. By placing a consolidated order to us, you can make arrangements smoothly without the hassle of ordering from or searching for other companies. You also don't have to worry about insufficient or incomplete service coverage between each company. We provide one-stop total services to answer the voices, "We leave it to Y.PROJECT."

Point 2
With our wide range of technical capabilities and knowledge in furnace construction, we can flexibly respond to a wide variety of requests.
The requests are diverse and come from a variety of industries. From blast furnace, electric furnace manufacturers and plant engineering manufacturers: electric arc furnace, reheating furnace, annealing furnace, soaking furnace, carburizing furnace and various heat treatment furnaces From non-ferrous metal manufacturers: aluminum melting furnace, aluminum holding furnace, ladle, slag removal pot, various heat treatment furnace and flue gas duct From cement manufacturers: rotary kiln, pre-heater, waste heat recovery system From municipal waste treatment providers, private waste treatment companies, plant engineering manufacturers and other manufacturers: incinerator, rotary kiln, waste heat recovery system From ceramic manufacturer, sanitary ware manufacturer: tunnel kiln, ceramic firing furnace, roller hearth kiln From glass manufacturers: glass furnace From chemical manufacturers: high-temperature reaction furnace and waste oil or liquid treatment furnace From power generation companies: biomass combustion furnace and gasification reactor The work we carry out includes refractory demolition, brick laying, casting/guning/troweling of castable refractory, ramming of plastic refractory, various formwork erection, scaffolding, fibre products installation We have experiences of construction throughout Japan, from Hokkaido to Kyushu, and we also undertake construction work at overseas sites. We believe these achievements are a testament to the trust placed in us.

Point 3
We are proud of the 112 different types of Specially Controlled Municipal Waste for which we are licensed to collect and transport. Y. PROJECT is committed to providing fast and reliable waste disposal.
Y. PROJECT has obtained 112 permits for Specially Controlled Municipal Waste disposal, collection and transportation. We are expanding the items and areas we handle, such as obtaining disposal, collection and transportation permits not only from our local Aichi Prefecture but also from the other prefectures. The reason we focus on this is because refractory waste contains a wide variety of materials. Don't worry, you won't be in a situation where you say, "We've dismantled it, but we can't dispose of the garbage..." We are particular about our facilities and manpower to provide better services. For example, the high-power vacuum truck we use can be switched between dry and wet types, so it can suck up a wide variety of garbage and dust, enabling advanced cleaning. In addition, by using dry type, we can offer a fee based on the weight of the garbage and dust only, which also leads to cost reduction. We also focus on operator education, and are working to develop personnel who aim to become a "Cleaning Professional", encouraging them to receive customer evaluations such as "It's cleaner than before the work was done." In addition, having an intermediate treatment facility within our group enables us to respond quickly to any request from our customers. For example, by temporarily storing waste at our intermediate treatment facility, we can flexibly handle waste collection and transportation on weekends and holidays when the treatment facility is not in operation. We believe that the dust and noise generated during the processing, collection, and transportation of industrial waste have adverse effects on health, and we consider this to be an issue that must be addressed with the highest priority. We take sufficient measures against dust and noise, and strive to minimize the impact on the surrounding environment and our customers.

Point 4
The foundation of the company is "people" above all else. We are a company that puts "Employees First".
The staff who work on-site are what support the high-quality work of Y. PROJECT. These days, it is difficult for young staff to stay in the refractory construction, waist treatment and cleaning industory. In this situation, we have many young staff members in their 20s and 30s who are active. By entrusting responsible work and positions regardless of age, we strive to create an environment where each staff member can grow and work hard. In cooperation with our group companies, we have accepted and trained over 60 foreign technical intern trainees since 2015. These measures are not just intended to make up for the labor shortage, but also take into consideration the future life plans of the foreign staff. We take care to ensure the trainees' comfortable lives by providing dormitorie equipped with kitchens and Wi-Fi, as well as providing interpreting staff. The ideal company for Y.PROJECT is one where all employees can work hard with a smile on their face. We also provide employment support to those who have completed the technical intern training and are working at our group companies in Thailand. Some of them have been promoted to specific skills status after completing the training and continue working in Japan. (Please see the blog of a person who completed the technical intern training.)

Point 5
Y.PROJECT is developing businesses such as dispatching construction managers from Japan to overseas, human resource development overseas, accepting human resources from overseas and dispatching human resources in Japan.
We have an extensive network overseas and are also engaged in training local personnel, making it possible to dispatch and supply the necessary personnel both domestically and overseas. We also provide support to companies considering establishing new overseas bases. Please feel free to contact us. Y. PROJECT and group companies are also considering establishing an overseas sending organization.
